There is no legal minimum age for ear piercings. However, our policy is not to offer ear piercing to anyone under the age of 12. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Belly and nose piercings can be done at any age with written parental consent. However, our insurance requires a minimum age of 14. We require photo ID and a parent must be present.

We usually recommend you wait six to eight weeks. However, this is a guideline and can be longer depending on any complications or delays in healing. We'll be happy to help you choose new jewellery from our range and fit it for you.

We cannot pierce you with your own jewellery. Legally, we must use sterile titanium of a certain grade. Every piercing comes with a free jewel and you can choose to upgrade this from our wide range. We're also happy to help you choose and fit other jewellery after your initial piercing has healed.

We are fully licenced by Croydon Council and promise to adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness. We've created a secure and sterile environment to provide safe and hygienic piercing. We have a state-of-the-art Enigma 8 Litre steam steriliser to kill germs and keep everything clean. We also conduct a 15-point daily clean down to ensure everything is kept hygienic.

Yes! Selsdon Piercing will offers belly button piercing services for clients in and around Croydon from the 22nd January 2025.

Most of our piercings are £35. This includes standard high-grade, nickel-free, titanium jewel/jewelry. We'll shortly be stocking a range of jewelry to upgrade your piercing.

Industrial/scaffold piercings and belly buttons (both only available at set times) are £45.
